Good hotel, with excellent location and comfortable.
The only problem was the lack of extra bed (they haven't read an e-mail).

Hotel was very basic. The room was dirty and the carpet very worn. The carpet may have been vacumed but completely missed the edges which were thick with debris and dust. I wanted to find an alternative hotel after seeing the room but as I had booked 2 rooms over the internet, I feel I would have been charged for the rooms anyway. Breakfast was very disapointing and not much choice. Definately not worth the 7euros.

Family room (for 4) was a good size and we had a nice view. Ax Les Thermes is a lovely place and a great stopping point for journey down to Spain.
Staff were not very welcoming because on the websaite we had requested an extra bed for the other family we were travelling with and this was not possible. There was some confusion and they ended up needing 2 rooms. Perhaps we could have been contacted in advance about this?

Hotel very correct but don't take the 8 euro breakfast and go to the city square where there is a nice café that offers the same breakfast for 80% less.
